FEX - get ready for the
stewardship

FEX is our most advanced training program for aspiring supervisors who want to successfully lead their teams through a safe and mindful approach.

The program consists of a total of five course weeks, spread out over time and held at various locations throughout the Nordic region, with field trips serving as an important part of each course week. The aim is to prepare you for the role of person responsible for the manufacture of explosive goods in the Nordic region, a position known in Sweden as “forestĂ„ndare.”

FEX provides you with broad knowledge covering virtually every aspect you can imagine, ranging from legal responsibility to media training and essential leadership skills, so that you are prepared for what the role of manager entails.

The explosives sector in the Nordic region is relatively small but faces similar challenges in safety management. That is why we believe a strong network is the key to success and professional development, both during and after the program.

Who is the training for?
FEX is a preparatory course for you as a future person responsible for the manufacture of explosives in the Nordic region, or similar role in the explosives sector. In Sweden, we often call the role a supervisor.

Before the start of the course, participants complete KEX as e-learning so that we know what level the participants bring with them.
Where is the training?
The five course weeks are spread out over time and in different locations in the Nordic countries and include overnight stays. To ensure the safety of our members, we do not go public with the exact locations. What you can be sure of is that we always choose each location with love and warmth to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for our participants.
