The training is divided into two parts: three days focusing on supervision and another two days for those who will also work as assessors or verifiers. You will receive practical training in communication, coaching, feedback, and learning - and tools for handling challenging situations and documenting assessments. Throughout the training, human factors and safety culture are woven in as a common thread.

The goal is for you to be able to create the best possible conditions for learning and development in your business - both for individuals and for the entire organization. In a safety-critical environment, it is crucial that supervisors and assessors not only have technical competence, but also an understanding of how people work, learn and perform.
