Supervisor training / Train the Trainer is for those who want to strengthen their ability to lead, support and assess others in safety-critical environments - and create the right conditions for learning and development in the workplace.

ALLEX is a training course for those who handle explosives and want to develop their basic theoretical and practical skills, in order to better promote safety in the workplace.

For the development of the safety representative. After the training, the course participant should feel confident with the safety representative role and feel that they have knowledge of how the work environment should work in our industry.
