SOEX - the training for
you as a safety officer

It is important for companies to have active safety representatives with the knowledge, willingness and courage to take responsibility for developing and maintaining a good working environment and health within the organization. SOEX focuses on the role of the safety representative.

SOEX begins with four intensive days where we lay the foundation, followed by a few weeks' break for reflection and application in your own work. Then we gather again for another three days, where we continue to build on knowledge, share experiences and strengthen the network. After the training, you should feel more confident in your role as a safety representative and have a deeper knowledge of the work environment in our sector. The training also provides great opportunities to make new contacts with colleagues in the industry. The network you create and develop here will support the continuous improvement of the level of protection in the explosives sector.

Who is the training for?
The training is aimed at safety representatives, both operators and officials, working in the explosives industry. Participants should have completed a general basic training for safety representatives before and have some experience in the role of safety representative, but it is not a requirement.

Before the start of the course, participants complete KEX as e-learning so that we know what level the participants bring with them.
Where is the training?
The location of SOEX varies from time to time. To ensure the safety of our members, we do not go public with the exact location. What you can be sure of is that we always choose each location with love and warmth to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for our participants.
