We are now launching a new training course - Train the Trainer - for those who lead, supervise or assess others in their professional development. The training is designed to meet the increasing need for structured learning and competence assurance in safety-critical operations.

The supervisor role is crucial for both safety, quality and work environment. At the same time, high demands are placed on you to guide others in their learning. During the training, you will receive concrete tools, methods and exercises to become more confident and clearer in your role - whether you are new as a supervisor or have several years of experience.
