SOEX gets a new approach - stronger focus on both knowledge and networking!
This year, we are developing our popular SOEX training for safety representatives in the explosives industry! With a new approach, we are strengthening not only the knowledge but also the network between the participants - an invaluable resource for creating safer workplaces.
The training is now conducted in two stages: We start with four intensive training days where we lay the foundation, follow up with a period of reflection and application in their own work, and end with three additional days where we deepen the knowledge and strengthen the network.
Why?
✅ Deeper understanding of the role of the safety representative
✅ Strengthened network for exchange of experience and support in daily work
✅ More time for reflection and practical application between training sessions
