Welcome, Calle—our new Project and Training Coordinator!

What should businesses be able to handle on their own before emergency services arrive on the scene?

That was the question that sparked a lively discussion during the job interview with Calle Carlsson. The discussion was so engaging that an additional meeting was scheduled—and the result was a job offer.

We are very pleased to welcome Calle Carlsson as the new Project and Training Coordinator at KCEM.

Calle has a background as a full-time firefighter and has experience in both municipal emergency services and industrial fire protection. Above all, his work in industrial fire protection has given him extensive experience with the specific conditions and requirements that apply during accidents at facilities where the consequences can be far-reaching and the time to act is limited.

For Calle, safety isn’t just about having the right knowledge—it’s about being prepared and able to put that knowledge into action when it really counts.

He now brings that perspective to KCEM, where he will work on our training programs, projects, and the continued development of our operations.

You’ll be seeing a lot of Calle in the future—both in our training programs and in other contexts within KCEM.

And perhaps his ideas will even lead to something new down the road. We won’t say more than that right now… but stay tuned.
